Most flooring problems — gaps, squeaks, lifting edges, cracked tiles — trace back to the subfloor. Before installation we check its condition and flatness, and the scope we agree with you will include any removal, repair, levelling compound or underlay needed for the chosen material.
Because AXO Group also provides carpentry, plastering and decorating, flooring can be scheduled as part of a wider project: doors trimmed to clear the new floor height, new skirting fitted and painted, and the room finished rather than just floored.
